Every Friday will bring a different activity and the kids will enjoy learning all about coastal wildlife and have fun doing it!
From guided bird walks, to cast net fishing, and making mammal track plaster casts, there is a lot of learning and nature discovery to do during the peak of wildlife diversity along the Laguna Madre.
Activities will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will last two hours, ending just before the start of the first daily “Gator Talk” at 11 a.m. Come early and enjoy a full morning of fun in nature. Join the center on their kick-off date, Friday, July 15, for a guided Kid’s Bird Walk. Parental/guardian involvement during the programs is optional. Seating is limited and registration is required through their website.
